Atish and Menka’s journeys came together through a shared belief that learning can be more human, more connected, and more real. Menka’s journey began in classrooms across Nigeria, India, and the UAE. She worked with students from diverse cultures and closely supported children with special needs. Her path expanded into corporate and leadership spaces, where she trained professionals, leaders, and CEOs across the MENA region. Her work focused on communication, mindset, negotiation, and growth, always rooted in real experience. Over time, a powerful insight stayed with her. Learning, work, and personal growth belong together.
Atish grew up in Goa, where life felt calm and grounded. With a Master’s in Applied Geology, his path opened into the world of oil fields and exploration. Along the way, he discovered a deeper interest in people and learning. Over the years, he worked across business development, revenue planning, and ecosystem building, managing teams across the GCC. As an incubator manager, he guided startups, helped founders shape ideas, build financial models, and pitch with clarity. In supporting others to build, a new vision began to take shape.
When their paths crossed, everything aligned naturally. Their experiences, their questions, and their vision all pointed in the same direction. Coherence was born from this shared understanding. Today, they are building it together with a simple intention. To help people think better, learn better, and grow in a way that feels natural and true.
